This year, the Trudy McAlister Foundation (TMF) received a record number of excellent applications for the 2016 scholarship awards and has awarded five scholarships for $2000 each. More information is available on our website: AOMScholarship.org.

The Recipients of the 2016 scholarships are: Elizabeth B. Barrett, Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts (scholarship sponsored by Dr. John Scott of Golden Flower Herbs); Colleen Teska, AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine; Melissa (Ariel) Bobotek, National College of Natural Medicine; Katherine (Kate) Iberg, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Chicago; and Marina Orlova, Acupuncture & Massage College.

The main goal for the AOM Scholarship Fund is to increase the amounts of the awards provided. In order to accomplish this, we need the support of the community, including vendors, colleges, organizations and individuals who want to help us make the opportunity of an education in Oriental Medicine more available to deserving, committed students.
